Product Pricing and Availability

Luxe Pieces strives to keep its online inventory of jewelry and jewelry-related products as current as possible. However, occasionally an item may become unavailable before it is removed from the website. Customers seeking a specific item will be alerted to its availability or unavailability as quickly as possible. Many pieces on the Luxe Pieces website are originals and do not have duplicates available. Products are sold on a first-come first-served basis.

Product information including prices may occasionally be displayed incorrectly due to system errors or data input mistakes. Luxe Pieces strives to avoid such errors and correct them as quickly as possible. Luxe Pieces does not honor inaccurately posted prices. If a product is listed for less than its actual price Luxe Pieces will contact the proposed buyer and inform them of the actual price before completing the order. Luxe Pieces does not negotiate the prices of its jewelry. All pieces listed on the Luxe Pieces website are priced as affordably as possible and there is no room for negotiation.

Comparison Purchasing

Comparison purchasing is the act of buying multiple pieces of jewelry with the intention of returning any pieces the customer does not like best upon personal examination. Comparison purchasing creates undue restocking fees and can be very costly to Luxe Pieces. If a customer has concerns about the quality of a jewelry item, Luxe Pieces asks that the customer contact our jewelers for further information regarding be quality, originality, or authenticity of a given piece.

Luxe Pieces strives to represent its jewelry collection as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Luxe Pieces uses high-resolution photos to show the quality, details, and color of each piece. Actual colors and sizes of jewelry may be different than represented on a customer’s computer screen. Monitors vary widely in terms of resolution, color, and size of displayed pictures. Please refer to the description of a product for accurate measurements and contact a Luxe Pieces jeweler to discuss any concerns regarding the actual color of a piece of jewelry. The actual carat weight of a piece of jewelry may vary up to .05 carats from the weight stated on the website in accordance with FTC industry-standard regulations. Likewise, gemstone and pearl measurements may be inaccurate up to .25 mm.

Luxe Pieces prides itself on ensuring that all diamonds and gems sold by Luxe Pieces come from reputable suppliers. Luxe Pieces only purchases diamond from the largest and most respected suppliers who adhere to and enforce the standards of the Kimberly Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds.
